3. Records available without a formal request

Public website pages, service descriptions, published case studies, this manual, the Privacy and POPIA Notice, Cookie Policy, and Terms and Conditions are available from tensology.com without a PAIA request. Other records are not automatically available merely because they appear in a category below.

Inclusion does not imply that every statute applies to every record or engagement.

6. POPIA processing

The categories of data subjects, information, purposes, recipients, cross-border safeguards, security measures, retention approach, and rights are described in our Privacy and POPIA Notice. Data subjects include visitors, prospects, clients and their users, employees, applicants, contractors, suppliers, and business contacts.

7. Request procedure

  1. Complete PAIA Form 2, available on the Information Regulator's PAIA forms page.
  2. Identify the record, your preferred access method, your contact details, and the right you seek to exercise or protect.
  3. Send the completed form to support@tensology.com for the attention of the Head of the private body.
  4. We will acknowledge and decide the request within the period prescribed by PAIA, subject to any lawful extension.

Access is subject to PAIA's grounds for refusal, protection of third-party rights, and severability requirements. Prescribed request or access fees may apply. We will provide the prescribed notice before a fee is payable.

8. Remedies

If a PAIA request is refused or not answered within the prescribed period, the requester may complain to the Information Regulator using PAIA Form 5 or seek relief from a competent court, subject to PAIA's procedures and time limits. PAIA complaints may be sent to PAIAComplaints@inforegulator.org.za.

9. Availability

This manual is freely available on this website and from our principal place of business. A copy will be provided to the Information Regulator on request.
